Responsible Systems started as a supply chain, sourcing animal protection data for our founder's namesake brand: Josefin Liljeqvist. As she created the world's first traceable leather footwear, there was nothing on the market which could solve her brand's needs so she started developing it herself.
Initially developed to provide end-to-end traceability for leather goods, we embarked on this journey when no other solution could meet our trust and animal protection standards. But our journey does not stop at leather goods, we work towards a mission to structure data of all the world's animals and make it useful to improve global animal protection.
